RETURNS POLICY
We are 100% committed in keeping our amazing customers and clients happy! we provide a full refund if the products have been delivered damaged in away. All of our products are checked and packaged safely before being sent off, however if there are any defects or you are dissatisfied with the product just snap us a pic of the defect and send us and email! We will resolve any issue effectively and efficiently as we hope to satisfy our customers.
To make a return please use our returns portal through our link here as BY LAYER only accepts returned item(s) that have been processed through using our returns portal linked above.
All purchases can be returned for a store credit, otherwise an exchange can be made. The following requirements below are products that qualify to be returned. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
- The item(s) is returned to us within 30 days from delivery.
- A receipt and proof of purchases is presented.
- The item(s) is unworn.
- The item(s) is in its original condition with all the tags still attached.
- The item(s) has no odor, marks, or stains (including makeup, spray tan, deodorant, washing powder/liquid and perfume).
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
- Underwear, swimsuit, and bodysuits cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
FAULTY ITEMS
BY LAYER offers returns to original payment methos and exchanges for items that are faulty or arrive damaged. We are able to do this on the proviso that when lodging your return you select 'Arrived Defective', a description of the fault, and upload an image.
If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the portal.

At BY LAYER, we’re always happy to provide you an exchange, store credit or full refund as per our refund policy.
All items need to still have the product tags intact and in its original condition for a full refund and/or exchange. If the fault is noticed after the item is worn, please do provide all information to ensure we can provide you the best service and outcome. Once BY LAYER has received the items, it will be assessed before the item is returned.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account once you have been notified of your refund by a BY LAYER employee. All funds will be processed with its original payment method.
BY LAYER has the right to decline/reject returns that do not satisfy the eligible requirements listed above. If item(s) is returned that isn’t in its original condition, the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer. Any shipping costs involved will not be covered by BY LAYER.
